During the first half of 2008, the market of corporate voluntary health insurance was characterized by high rates of regional growth. More and more employers, including home companies, feel the necessity to make health insurance a part of social benefits for their employees.
Due to thoroughly planned strategy of development and promotion, IC "Nova" has confirmed its position among the market leaders. The company was named among TOP 10 insurance leaders of the voluntary health insurance segment. The gained premium volume boosted by 2.68 compared with 2007. The company has signed 1426 contracts, settled 36.5 thousand of claims, paid UAH 11421.9 thousand of premiums.
Acknowledging a high level of services offered by IC "Nova", our clients have prolonged more than 70 percent of contracts signed in 2007. IC "Nova" cares about corporate health of TNK Group of Companies, Microsoft Ukraine, AeroSvit Airlines, and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine.
An excellent service level remains among the company's competitive advantages. It became possible due to the corporate assistance centre with highly qualified healthcare professionals. An individual supporting group may be provided for the insured. The account manager controls both the execution of agreement terms and conditions, and servicing quality; the individual coordinating practitioner is responsible for medical assistance, taking into account the client's wishes and suggestions. The account executive is ready to amend or change the insurance in force on the fly. The level of the services provided is constantly monitored in order to control their quality and to improve the programs.
In 2008, IC "Nova" continued establishing business relations with profile medical institutions. The regional network extended considerably, including pharmacies, dental clinics, maternity hospitals, other preventive and health-improving medical institutions. Corporate insurance rooms appeared at departmental hospitals and clinics. The company pays special attention to professional training and growth. More than 20 corporate seminars and trainings were held during the past year.
In 2009, the company expects to strengthen its positions at the market of voluntary health insurance. Monitoring the quality level of services and expert work with healthcare institutions will be in the focus. The company studies a possibility of implementing "VHI-World" program covering treatment at foreign clinics.
