Claims paid in voluntary and mandatory types of insurance amounted to 21 568.39 thousand UAH (in the first half of 2008 - 27 694.73 thousand UAH).According to the opinion of the Chairman of the Board of IC "NOVA" Olga Shinkarenko: "In our company we pay great attention to fulfillment of our obligations. The main part of claims paid in the first half of 2009 was on motor, personal (medical) insurance and also on property insurance.
