OJSC "Insurance company "NOVA" paid 8,3 million hryvnas during the first quarter in 2010

It was paid 4,4 million hryvnas for Insurance of the Land transport contracts and 2,1 million hryvnas - for Motor Third Party Liability Insurance contracts.
The biggest Land transport insurance indemnification during the first quarter in 2010 was realized from the accident with the automobile “Fiat Diablo” and constituted 120 thousand hryvnas.
The biggest voluntary property insurance indemnification was realized at the rate of 103532,18 hryvnas. The accident was happened as a result of insured property damage (interior trimming of accommodation) in consequence of extinguishing with water during the fire suppression.
An interesting story took place with the tourist insured by the insurance company “NOVA”:  in Austria during skiing with this tourist it was happened a collapse (vasogenic shock). Insured tourist was transported from the mountain at the hospital by helicopter. Charges for organization and provision with medicaments constituted 5 425,54 euro.
