The insurance portfolio of «NOVA» at July 01, 2011 is represented in such way: 42% is motor insurance, 19% - personal kinds of insurance (including voluntary medical insurance), 12.8% - property insurance, 24.5% - mandatory kinds of insurance, 1.7% - other kinds of insurance.
In this concerned period company paid UAH 13.3 million. The biggest payments have been made in motor insurance. Thus, on CASCO risks there were 1182 insurance events have been compensated including 12 on which the decision on the recognition of vehicle's total loss have been made.
In general, the structure of payment portfolio is: on motor insurance - 48.2%, on mandatory insurance - 34.6%, on personal insurance - 17.2%.
The company's assets at July 01, 2011 were UAH 82 490.40 thousands, insurance reserves - UAH 43 257.10 thousand. Authorized capital stock was UAH 30 000.00 thousand.
In the first half of 2011»NOVA» according to its development strategy expanded regional presence by opening sales centers in Poltava and Mirgorod. Presently "NOVA" insurance policies can be purchased in 8 regions of Ukraine (Kiev region, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Kherson, Volyn regions) and also in Crimea (Simferopol city).
«NOVA Insurance Co. » has successfully updated the action of obligatory reinsurance program of property risks for 2011-2012 increased to 1.5 times its capacity - up to UAH 80 million.
