Public organization "Professional Association of Corporate Governance" is a voluntary association on the basis of professional affiliation, combining people working in the area of corporate governance. The purposes The promotion of corporate governance in Ukraine, introduction of generally accepted international standards as well as improving of corporate relations ethics are the main purposes of this Association.
