OJSC “Insurance company “NOVA”  paid 8,3 million hryvnas of insurance indemnification during the first quarter in 2010. The total amount of contracts indemnification were paid constituted together 5 663 pcs.

OJSC “Insurance company “NOVA” occupies the 12-th position in the sphere of voluntary medical insurance in 2009 according to the rating of the journal “Insurance TOP”. The results were summarized by Ukrainian research Institute of “law and economic investigation”.

Olga Zaytseva is one of “TOP-100 Ukrainian business-ladies”. The organizer of the rating “TOP-100 Ukrainian business-ladies” is the journal “DELO” (http://delo.ua/biznes/rynki/rejting-top-100-ukrainskih-biznes-ledi-137947/).  Such project was realized in Ukraine at first. In contrast  to many other ratings women participate in which,  just  business owners and TOP-managers – leaders of the companies working in Ukraine - took part in project of the journal “DELO”.

Corporate governance relates to the internal means in order to ensure and monitor   activities of the company.  It is a complex of relations between management of the company ( the Board), its Supervisory Board, shareholders and other stakeholders (OECD Principles of CG).

Insurance company “NOVA” paid 2,8 million hryvnas of insurance indemnification in February 2010. The total amount of contracts which concern of mentioned indemnification constituted together 1960 pcs.

As a result of the general financial crisis, main indicators of insurance companies decreased during the first 6 months of 2009.

MTPL insurance, as the most dynamic segment of the insurance market, showed relatively positive tendencies in light of economic crisis situation in 1 half 2009.
