Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Olga Zaytseva
Olga Zaytseva started her work experience in 1993 at JSC "Ometa-Inster".
In the period of 1995 - 2004 she worked in the IC "Nadra" as a Finance and reinsurance Director, then - Deputy Chairman of the Board.
On March 19, 2004 JSC "Fuel and Energy Insurance Company she was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Fuel and Energy Insurance Company" by the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders.
In 2005 Olga Zaitseva was heading the Reinsurance Committee of LIOU.
Since December 2008 Olga Zaitseva has been chairing the Supervisory Board of IC "NOVA".

Olga Shynkarenko started her work in insurance business in 1996 in IC "Nadra".
In 2005-2006 - Deputy Chairman of OJSC "IC "NOVA", was responsible for reinsurance.
In 2007-2008 - Deputy Chairman on reinsurance of CJSC "Insurance Traditions".
Since January 2008, Member of the Supervisory Board of OJSC "IC "NOVA" responsible for relations with investors.
On December 23, 2008, was appointed as Chairman of the Board OJSC "Insurance company "NOVA".
